Hello, everyone! I think a better way is left-clik on the project folder, then select Configure > Add PHP Support. This way, beyond the PHP Include Path, it's added the PHP Language Library, wich allow to use the autocompletion hability on Eclipse IDE.

It's also possible to import the CSV stuff direclty via phpmyadmin or SQL-Query-Browser by run the LOAD DATA INFILE command with the optional argumant FIELDS TERMINATED BY. The only thing you should hold in mind is, that the CSV-File must lie in the data directory if you have a reasonably good policy management.
