    Hello, everyone! I think a better way is left-clik on the project folder, then select Configure &gt; Add PHP Support.

This way, beyond the PHP Include Path, it&#039;s added the PHP Language Library, wich allow to use the autocompletion hability on Eclipse IDE.

    It&#039;s also possible to import the CSV stuff direclty via phpmyadmin or SQL-Query-Browser by run the LOAD DATA INFILE command with the optional argumant FIELDS TERMINATED BY.

The only thing you should hold in mind is, that the CSV-File must lie in the data directory if you have a reasonably good policy management.
